What is acupuncture?
Acupuncture is a practice of Chinese medicine that has been used for over 5000 years. It helps treat both the symptoms and root causes of health issues by inserting tiny needles into specific points on the body. This stimulation signals the organ systems, helping them to balance and function properly. When the organs are in equilibrium, symptoms often fade away. Research shows that acupuncture effectively addresses various problems, including pain management, women’s health and fertility, digestive issues, emotional wellness, and insomnia, among others.
